Our stay at the Chapman Queen Petite was good. The charming decor and immaculate gardens provided a perfect romantic backdrop for our getaway. Though the room felt snug, the warmth of the staff and the tasty breakfast options made up for it completely. I'll cherish this unique Americana experience.

Perfect choice for a date night in Nantucket with fantastic value for money. Enjoyed the cranberry Prosecco and cookies in the afternoon. If you get the chance, definitely take the harbor view suite.

Just spent two nights in a cozy Regatta King room and I loved the delicious breakfast selection, especially the fresh pastries! There are some lovely spots to kick back and relax, like the garden chairs and the peaceful outdoor lounge. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the old building, but it didn't really dampen my experience. 😊

Beautiful gardens greeted me upon arrival. The coastal-inspired décor created a warm vibe throughout. The room felt cozy, with attention to cleanliness. Check-in went fairly smooth, but I did wait a bit longer than expected. The daily breakfast included hot options and fresh coffee, but I would have liked more variety. Afternoon cookies were a delightful touch. However, internet connection dropped several times. Despite this, the staff seemed genuinely welcoming and attentive. The location was a big win—close to shops and dining yet peaceful enough to unwind. An elevator would help improve accessibility, especially for senior guests. Would definitely return for the charm and comfort.

The BEST part of our stay was the warm chocolate chip cookies from the oven and the amazing staff! 🍪 The only downside was the breakfast could’ve been more varied.

Recommend for a short stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely continental breakfast that includes fresh and delicious food, and just a 5-minute walk from the ferry port makes exploring the area super easy.
Noise from other rooms can be an issue.

Perfect spot for family gathering
We had a great time at this hotel, the breakfast options were perfect I'd say. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything so we could walk to take in the sights and grab some food on the way.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable so don't expect great deals.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We spent two nights in the cozy Chapman Compact Queen. The staff’s hospitality stood out, but our experience was marred by noise from parties nearby and some cleanliness issues. Breakfast could use better hygiene practices. For a quieter stay, ask for a room away from party areas.

The room had AC, a lovely balcony, and a modern walk-in shower. The bed was super comfy with soft linens and plenty of pillows. The hotel’s gardens were beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and made-to-order entrees. Staff provided beach towels and chairs for our day at the shore, adding an extra touch.

The Veranda House stands out with its charming atmosphere and superb location close to downtown. While the shower was quite small and noise carried from adjacent rooms, the warm welcome and cozy communal areas made for a pleasant stay.
